Huawei launches new 5G phones Mate 30 series

Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei’s consumer business group, unveiled Mate 30 series in Munich, Germany on Thursday. Huawei Technologies Co unveiled its Mate 30 series smartphone on Thursday, featuring a quad camera setup, 5G connectivity and enhanced artificial intelligence functions. The move came after Huawei posted a 26 percent year-on-year growth in smartphone shipments in the first eight months of this year, despite the restrictions it faces from the United States government.
