徐和建还强调要紧抓窗口期。全国范围内和北京市基本阻断疫情传播 ，虽有境外输入和零散病例发生，但疫情防控总体可防可控、可预期，因此现在是在确保疫情防控前提下，加快复工复产复业，全力以赴恢复正常生产生活的最佳窗口期，要紧紧抓住，不可错失良机，我们拖不起也拖不得。

He also highlighted the importance of seizing the critical window to resume work and production, and bring people's lives back to normal as transmission of the epidemic has been basically interrupted in Beijing and nationwide, although there were still imported and sporadic cases.
