On October 5, 2015,foreign trade and economic cooperation ministers from 12 countries like the United States, Japan, and Australia issued a joint declaration that the TPP negotiation that had lasted for over five years was concluded. The agreement will cover 40% of the global economic output, including investment, service and e-commerce. It will probably produce great impact on the global trade rules. Therefore, it has aroused the attention of all economies.
