Marketing and marketing management are both important for most businesses. There are various definitions for marketing. American Marketing Association (AMA) defines it as follows: “Marketing is an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, communicating, and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in ways that benefit the organization and its stake holders.” Marketing management is art and science.
